1. Rs 15,000 is a one-time software fee. It is non-refundable once setup and installation are complete.
2. Rs 5,000 annual fee covers hosting and online maintenance. Payable every year for continued online access.
3. Renewal reminder will be sent 30 days before expiry. Late renewal may cause the temporary suspension of online services.
4. If not renewed within 30 days of expiry, data recovery or domain re-registration may attract additional charges.
5. Annual fee does not cover new features, custom development, hardware, or on-site visits.
6. No refund on annual fee if subscription is cancelled before year-end.
7. Pricing may be revised with 60 days' prior notice to the client.
